My First Christmas Dinner!

Christmas dinner is a huge tradition at West Point. Every year the plebes decorate the tables in festive fashion and get cigars for the upperclassman at the table, and after dinner the ENTIRE corp goes outside to smoke cigars and celebrate Christmas.

Tonight I got to experience my first Christmas dinner! It was amazing. By far the best night I have had here! Its hard for me to put into words how awesome it was. For our table we decorated it with a wonderful bow and personal stockings (Made by my Aunt Carol!!), lights, a tree, and presents! The whole nine yards! For our entertainment we did a little white elephant gag gift exchange! The table loved it. Auntie Linda you would be proud of the table decorations! You taught me well. After the meal we sang our own rendition of the 12 days of Christmas and then all headed out to smoke our cigars and enjoyed some Christmas fireworks!! Amazing night.

As I said earlier, its hard to put what happened tonight into words so check out these pictures and this video! Can't wait to be home in 10 and a butt days!!

I LOVE CHRISTMAS DINNER!!! A NIGHT TO REMEMBER FOR A LONG TIME TO COME!
